How to connect

1. 1In your account, open Etsy, then Dashboard.
2. 2Press Connect Etsy shop.
3. 3Sign in on Etsy and approve read-only access. Etsy sends you back here.
4. 4The first sync starts. Your listings and sales fill in when it finishes.

What we read

Access is read-only. We never edit your listings.

We read your listings (titles, tags, photos, prices, quantities and stats), your shop details, and your orders added up per day. We read orders to count sales and never store buyer details.

You can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting stops the reading and deletes your saved history here: daily views, changes, sales totals and listing audits. If you connect again, that history starts over.

Why views start the next day

Etsy gives a listing's total views, not views for each day. So we read the total once a day and take the difference from the day before.

That means the first reading has nothing to compare with. Daily views start after the next daily sync, and the view numbers grow from there. History from before you connected cannot be filled in.

Days run on UTC, so a day here can start or end a few hours from yours.

Dashboard

The Dashboard puts your shop on one page and syncs by itself once a day. You can also press Sync now, which counts toward your daily limit.

The tiles show active listings, views, orders in 30 days, inventory value, listings expiring in the next 14 days and sold out listings.

Below them you see sales for the last 30 days, listing health by grade, top listings, recent changes, your keyword lists, competitor sales and the shops with the most sales on Etsy.

The Look up box takes a listing link or number and opens its audit, or a shop name and opens its Shop Info.

Listings

Every listing comes in with its status, price, quantity, views, favourites, age, grade, issues and orders in 30 days. Worst first is the default order, so the listings with the most to gain are on top.

Sort or filter the table to find what needs work, then open a listing to see its issues and how to fix each one.

Tag Report shows every tag in your shop with how many of your listings use it, so you can spot listings competing with each other.

Health Check and Changes

Health Check scores every listing against the audit and lists the issues by severity. Start at the top, make the fixes on Etsy, then sync to see the new score.

Changes notes every edit to a title, tags, price, quantity or photos when your shop syncs. Once a full week has passed, it compares views in the 7 days before and after the edit, so you can keep what helped.

Traffic Stats

Pick 7, 30 or 90 days. You see views and favourites per day, views to order, your most viewed and most favourited listings, and listings with no views in that range.

These are listing views from Etsy's own counters, read once a day. Etsy does not share shop visits or where your visitors come from with apps, so search terms and traffic sources are not shown.

Sales Map

The map shows the countries your orders ship to, with each country's orders, share and revenue for the date range you pick.

We keep only a count of orders per country, never names or addresses. Canceled and fully refunded orders are left out. Revenue is item totals after discounts, without shipping and tax.

Spotted on Etsy

One scan checks all your keywords. Scans have a daily limit, which resets at midnight UTC.

1. 1Add up to 10 phrases buyers search for, or pick from the ones your listings already use. The list is saved for next time.
2. 2Press Scan now. We go through the first 300 Etsy results for each keyword and find every listing from your shop.
3. 3Each scan is kept, so you see if a listing moved up or down since the last one, with a small trend line per keyword.
