Shop Info

Open Competitor Research, then Shop Info, and type any shop name or paste its link. You do not need a shop of your own.

You get total sales from Etsy, an estimated revenue a month, active listings, shop age, reviews, favorites and prices. Up to 100 active listings are analyzed for views, estimated sales, top tags and categories.

Winning listings are the ones getting far more views per day than the shop's typical listing. Start there to see what buyers respond to.

Sales for a single listing are estimates, because Etsy does not share them. Real numbers can be higher or lower.

Competitor Sales

Once a day we read the public sales counter Etsy shows on the shop page. Daily sales are the difference between two readings, which is why the first day has no number.

The Sales trend tab shows the shops on one chart, next to your own shop if it is connected. The Shops tab shows sales per day, 7 and 30 day totals and monthly estimates, with a note and a colour for each shop.

A dash means we have no number for that day. A star marks days that were estimated or totals that are not complete yet. If a reading is missed, the sales since the last reading are spread over those days and marked with a star.

2. 2Type the shop name or paste its link. You can follow up to 5 shops.
3. 3Come back the next day. Sales start the day after you add a shop.

Top shops we track

This is a list of shops by total sales. Filter it by country, category or year started, open a shop in Shop Info, or track it.

The list holds shops found in Etsy search plus shops SBMM users track or look up. It is not every shop on Etsy, so bigger shops can be missing. Position is only the shop's place in this list.

Sales / mo and Revenue / mo are rough estimates. Sales trend shows Collecting data until a shop has been read for a while.

Category Report

Pick a main category and go as deep as you like, or search for one by name, then open the report. Each report reads the top 200 listings Etsy shows for that category.

You see active listings, median price, median favorites, how many listings are new, and the price range with the middle half marked. It also shows how many listings are personalizable, made to order or digital.

Top tags and Words and phrases in titles show the language sellers use. Open any of them in the keyword tool. Top shops and Top listings show who leads the category.
