1.The service

The service shows SEO signals, keyword data and tools in your browser to help you research search results, websites and local businesses. It is currently free to use and does not require an account.

We may add, change or remove features at any time, for example to keep the service fast, legal and affordable to run. We may also introduce sign-in for the extension in a future version. If we ever plan paid features, we will say so clearly before anything changes for you.

2.Metrics are estimates

Numbers such as authority scores, links, traffic, keyword volume, cost per click, keyword difficulty, rank, AEO/GEO scores and Business Profile scores are estimates. They come from third-party SEO data providers, public sources and our own calculations, and they can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.

Use them as a guide for your own research, not as facts or guarantees. We do not promise any ranking, traffic or business result from using the service, and you are responsible for the decisions you make with it.

3.Acceptable use

Use the service for your own SEO research and work, including work for your clients. You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk download or automate requests to our servers or API, or call them from anything other than the official extension and website.
• Resell, republish or redistribute the data as a database, feed or competing product.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or repackage the extension, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
• Get around fair-use limits, blocks or security measures, or share or fake install IDs.
• Overload, attack or disrupt the service, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Use the tools to harass anyone, to send spam, or to break the law or the terms of the websites and search engines you use them on.
• Submit false, abusive or illegal content through the feedback form.

4.Fair use and limits

To keep the service free and fast for everyone, we apply fair-use limits to lookups. If you go over them, the extension will pause lookups for a while. We may block install IDs, IP addresses or accounts that abuse the service.

5.Third-party websites and services

The extension works on pages of search engines, Google Maps and other websites that belong to other companies, and it can open links to third-party tools. We are not responsible for those websites, their content or their availability, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Search engines and websites can change their pages at any time, which may stop parts of the extension from working until we update it.

6.Accounts

If you create an account on this website, give a real email address, keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

7.Feedback

We welcome bug reports and ideas. When you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without owing you anything. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive personal details in feedback.

8.Ownership

The extension, this website, their design, code, text and the SBMM name and logo belong to SBMM. Using the service does not give you any ownership of them. Names and trademarks of other companies shown in the service belong to their owners.

Data you export for your own work, such as CSV files and reports, is yours to use under these terms.

9.Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains what the extension and website collect and how it is used. It is part of these terms.

10.Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time by removing the extension and, if you have one, deleting your account.

We may suspend or end your access, block an install ID or account, or remove content, if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect the service and its users. We may also stop the service entirely; if we do, we will try to give notice on this website.

11.No warranty

The service is provided free of charge "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SBMM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, rankings, traffic, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to zero, or to the lowest amount the law allows if it does not allow that. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the "Last updated" date on this page, and important changes may also be announced on this website. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
