Etsy Rank Checker

See where any shop comes up in Etsy search for the keywords you care about.

Up to 10 keywords

Check several phrases at once. Each keyword uses one check.

Any shop

Your connected shop, or any shop by name or link.

Best position

The shop's highest place and its search page.

Listings found

How many of its listings show up, and which ones.

How the rank checker works

  1. Add keywords

Type up to 10 phrases buyers search for.

  2. Pick the shop

Use your connected shop, or type any shop name or paste its link.

  3. Read the positions

We go through the first 300 Etsy results for each keyword and list where the shop shows up, with the search page.

Results exclude personalization and ads, so they can differ from what you see on Etsy.

How to read the results

Best
The highest position the shop reaches for the keyword, or a note that it is not in the top 300.
Page
The Etsy search page for that position. A search page holds 48 listings.
Found
How many of the shop's listings appear in the top 300. Open the row to see them.
Results on Etsy
How many results Etsy has for the keyword, so you can see how crowded it is.

Why your own search looks different

Etsy search is personalized for each shopper, so two people can see different results for one keyword. The rank checker uses Etsy's relevance order for everyone, with no personalization and no ads. That gives you a steady number to compare over time.

What to do with your positions

If a shop is not in the top 300, check that the keyword truly fits the listing and that it is in the title and tags. Then compare the shop with the listings above it. The listing audit, title and tag checker and keyword tool help with each step.

Questions about the rank checker

What it checks and how to read it.
